Famous Pesonalities of Himachal Pradesh:-
There are so many famouse pesonalitier of himachal pradesh whose were working to grow our Himachal Pradesh,and also servive the nation.
1) Baba Kansi Ram(Pahari Gandhi): Baba Kansi Ram was born on 11July 1882 in small village dehragopipur distt. Kangra. He belong to a poor family and he took part in freedom struggle activities.
In 1937 in Gadriwala Conference Pt.J.L. Nehru gave him the title of Phari Gandhi. They inspire for joining the national movement by late Mr. Hardyal and Sardar Ajit Singh,those are great revolutionaries of that period. He was send to jail for two years in 1919.
When Sardar Bhagat singh,Shukdev,and Rajguru were hanged in 1931, Baba Kansi Ram took an oath to continue wearing black clothes till india achives indipendent. Baba Kansi Ram died at the age of 61 yr on 15 oct. 1943.
